Japanese people are connected to each other through the culture of sake. Sake plays an important part in our lives as a social lubricant. In support of sake culture, we hold the Aozora Wine Bar event each spring in Chiba Chuo Park. Each fall, we hold the Akizora Nihonshu Bar event. Every year, we see larger numbers of people from all over Japan turn out for the event. Our sales support division was originally started to set up and run events like these. Now, we work with other departments on various tasks that help to build the Imadeya brand and provide value daily to our customers through the culture of sake.
It was also our division's task to launch the new brand [Imaday]. Through this brand, we promote sake knowledge through communication with companies and individuals across all industries. We want everyone to discover the joys of the sake we handle, which is the real thing.
Our team creates drink menus for our restaurant clients. We want to provide information on our products in a timely way and in the right season. We create tools to help our clients better sell to their customers.
Every day is a special day. Our aim is to create value for everyday people in their everyday lives, and thus to help spread the culture of real sake.
Our team is at the front lines when restaurants and distributors call. With the name SIJ – Super Imadeya Joshi (girls)– we spend each day proudly serving our customers and clients to ensure the highest level of quality possible. It's imperative that we provide answers to our customers' inquiries that are accurate and valuable for them. To meet this aim, we attend sake study sessions to further our knowledge of the goods we sell.
