I began my culinary journey over ten years ago. I used the opportunity to work at many restaurants and hotels over the years to learn as much as possible. There is no greater combination for a brilliant meal than delicious food, good spirits and stimulating conversation. It's my responsibility to make sure our customers' meals are brilliant by providing the best food, spirits, décor and hospitality possible.

Please enjoy Japanese wine and sake and food culture to its fullest.

We opened our first store in Tsukiji in April, 2013.

The concept behind this restaurant is Japanese wine and sake with Japanese food. In particular, we focus on offering Japanese wine infused with the passion and expertise of Imadeya. We have 200 wines, all of which are made in Japan with Japanese grapes. We also offer Japanese sake and Japanese craft beer. The "dashi"-based cuisine we offer is full of subtle, uniquely Japanese flavors.

The best way to understand what we offer is to experience it yourself. At Kurabuu, we want you to experience the pleasure of enjoying sake and Japanese wine that perfectly compliment the unique Japanese flavors of your dish.

My role is to offer my support, hard work and energy toward the spread of Japanese wine. I opened this restaurant with the aim of bringing it to the world.

We are open weekdays from 5pm to 5am. Saturdays we close at 11pm and we're closed Sundays. Please also check out the periodic dinners we offer especially for our producers. Our staff is waiting to serve you.
